Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Firoz Thairinil is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Westford Education Group. As Group Head, Mr. Thairinil ensures that a strong commitment to high standards and a performance culture is embedded across the entire group. Mr. Thairinil comes from a BFSI background with strong management credentials, and an MBA from the University of Wales, UK.

Mr. Thairinil led Westford from very humble beginnings in 2008 from a small training academy to an international network of business schools having students from more than 130 countries across the globe. Mr. Thairinil started his career in Banking in 1995 as a clerical grade officer and rose to be the rank of The Country Head in a span of 15 years. During his 15 years stint in Banking Industry, he worked with reputed Institutions like Standard Chartered Bank, Emirates International Bank (ENBD), and National Bank of Umm Al Quwain (NBQ).

During his very last position as Country Head – Retail Banking Sales for a large bank in UAE, Mr. Thairinil was driven by his vision to create an impact in the Education System. With an objective to make Quality Education more accessible to all, using Technology as the Key Instrument, Mr. Thairinil embarked on his journey to bring transformation to the Education Industry.

Co-founder and Executive Director

Samras leads the strategic initiatives of the organization and is vested with the responsibility to steer the strategic expansion of the group, managing the delivery channels, marketing, and business development, sustaining and growing the existing partnerships as well as developing new associations and affiliations with external partners. In addition to driving sales and marketing functions, Samras manages the corporate affairs and PR of the organization and support organizing functions including product and customer support services, branding, advertising, , marketing research and relationship marketing. Samras is also responsible to drive the corporate training vertical and leads the institutional business development function. Samras possess more than 18 years of experience in BFSI and Education domain and is a management graduate with a bachelors from Mangalore University and a PGDBA from University of Wales, UK.

Dr. William E Painter

Dean

Dr. Painter holds a Ph.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He was awarded a Fellowship at the Master’s level and was the Teaching Assistant for the Chancellor of the University of Missouri. He is published in the fields of Medieval History, Renaissance History, Online Education, Business Management, and Supply Chain Logistics. He was responsible for creating and administering Europe’s first online MBA program under the High Business School Groupe Ecole Superieure de Commerce, Pau, France. He was also responsible for developing and launching the UK’s first online BA (Hons) degree program through NCC Education, a program that was deployed throughout NCC Education’s 350 centers in 45 countries. 

Anil Ahluwalia

Executive Director – Academic

Anil has more than 30 years of experience covering Indian Defense, Education and Teaching. Anil heads the academic functions of the group responsible for the academic planning, evaluation and assessment administration, curriculum development, academic resources development, accreditation and managing quality and standards. Anil has taught at leading universities and business schools and is also a master Trainer. In addition to academia, Anil had successful stints in the corporate world being an outstanding leader in the domain of Corporate, HR and Business Management Services. He was also extensively involved in Training while serving in the Indian Army and was deputed by the Indian Government to train the Botswana Defense Force.

Santhosh Krishnan

Head- Exeed ECX

He is Expert in Building New line of business in Education Industry. With two decades of extensive experience in forming organizations to the level of maximum heights , Also 20 years of senior top level management / Entrepreneurship experience with a track record of Monitoring, managing Education Delivery & Academics, spearheading educational organizations and partner relationships to the International Standards. Diversified experience includes in Skill Development domain, Setting up International operation and implement Quality Delivery /operation strategies, Handling International Franchises in diversified Verticals of Higher Education & training industry, Strong familiarity with methodologies for promoting and Delivering services and solutions using Effective Training strategies and specialized Education methodologies. He is Management Graduate from Manipal University.

Dr. Vivek Mohan

Associate Dean

Vivek is currently the Associate Dean of Executive Education. Vivek is an award winning researcher with several years of experience in planning, designing and delivering business management programs in the higher education and corporate sectors in UK, Europe, Middle East and India. Vivek had previously taken up Faculty and Researcher positions in Sheffield Business School, UK and Leeds Business School, UK and his corporate training and consulting portfolio includes firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, International Cricket Council and WJ Ground Water. Vivek has a PhD in Business Management and an MSc in International Business from UK and is certified in education design for higher education from Sydney (UNSW), blended learning essentials from UK (UCL-Leeds) and in Project Management from CMI, UK. 

Jawad Syed

Center Relation Manager

Jawad Syed is a Center Relation Manager of Exeed ECX. As the Center Relation Manager, he ensures to steady connections with centers worldwide on business development. Jawad Syed brings over 16 years of expertise within the service and operations management within the Aviation Sector, Sales & Marketing sector, Telecommunication sector, and trading sector.

Jawad Syed has been involved in multiple roles within the service management industry that has helped to streamline a number of projects within Dubai Airports. His comprehensive knowledge of the service sector, tools, and procedure has helped companies to implement large-scale projects and has enabled to efficiently implement strategies. Jawad Syed has been acknowledged with several awards during his careers. He has also been awarded a certificate of appreciation from the Federal Authority of Identity and Citizenship, for exceptional service.

He is holding Master of Science in International Accounting and Finance degree and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
